Songs from solitude, The Lockdown Lowdown is a compilation album of songs written by Tasmanian Artists in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic and subsequent shutdown of the live music industry in Tasmania. This song was written and performed by Claire Anne Taylor. The project is the brain-child of Pete Cornelius, who assembled the artists, co-wrote and arranged the songs and recorded the music. All of the artists, musicians, engineers and videographer are Tasmanian and the music was recorded in the St Marys District School's Performing Arts Centre in St Marys, Tasmania in October 2020. This project was assisted through Arts Tasmania by the Minister for the Arts.
